How these tiers are decided
A car lands in a tier based on four things: how fast it still is once the gaps between traffic close, how quickly it recovers after a light collision, how forgiving its steering is at speed, and how much cash per hour it can realistically bank while you drive it well. Those four rarely point the same way. A hypercar can top the speed chart and still be a poor farming choice if a single twitch ends a streak.
